Mecca Community Choir
A time and place to lift your spirits as we gather in song for those age 18+

We believe in the power of music to lift us up, create community and make life better.

If you want to join a group that loves to laugh, to sing, to make friends and make music then our group could be the one for you! While no experience is necessary, we welcome and appreciate folks who can read music. But if you can't, don't let that hold you back. We will teach you what you need to know. In each section (our choir is an SATB ensemble), you will find experienced folks who can read music and help you as much or as little as needed.

From Canadian composers, songs of the holiday season, Broadway hits and classic choral selections, our repertoire is as varied and fun as the people who sing it. Our choir sings at the Mecca term-end concerts and hosts our own year-end concert in spring.
